We aim to make returns clear and fair. Please read the rules below before initiating a request.
A. Before Shipment (No Tracking Number Provided Yet)
You may cancel your order any time before we provide a tracking number.
Refund form: Store Credit (credit applied to your account/email for future purchases).
B. After Shipment (Tracking Number Provided)
1) No Product Issue (Change-of-Mind/Not Defective)

Return shipping cost: Customer-paid.

Refund form: Store Credit (excludes original shipping, duties, or non-refundable charges). Issued after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
2) Product Issue (Defective, Damaged, Wrong Item)

Contact 101vapeshoop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and provide clear video evidence showing the issue (include packaging if relevant).

Upon our verification, you are eligible for a Store Credit refund. If a physical return is required, we’ll cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping per our instructions.
Return Authorization Required
Please contact us before returning any item to obtain the correct return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Returned items must include all original packaging, accessories, and freebies, and be in reasonable condition. If the condition affects resale, a refurbishment or deduction may apply.
C. Non-Returnable Items
