Shipping policy

1) Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed (weekends/holidays excluded). Pre-order or custom items follow the timelines shown on their product pages.

2) Shipping Methods & Costs

We partner with USPS to offer standard and expedited options. Final shipping costs are shown at checkout and may vary by weight, dimensions, service level, and destination.

3) Tracking & Delivery

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your package on the carrier’s site. Please inspect the outer packaging at delivery; if visibly damaged, ask the carrier to note it and take photos.

4) Delays, Loss, or Damage in Transit

After handoff to USPS, transit issues are handled by USPS. Please file claims with USPS within their published windows (damage/missing: up to 60 days). Keep all packaging for inspection. We are not liable once USPS accepts the shipment.

5) Undeliverable/Address Issues/Returns to Sender

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship for an additional shipping fee or process a return per our Refund Policy (original shipping charges are non-refundable).

6) Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect carrier changes or operational adjustments. Any changes will be posted here.
